AN EVENT aimed at industry, SMEs, entrepreneurs and the thought
leaders for new digital industries is taking place on 6 December.

The
Digitex07 conference will take place at the Centre of Enterprise in the
University of Teesside and will host a variety of speakers and a
variety of facilitated workshops.

Among the speakers at the event will be Dr Mo O’Toole, who will be
discussing innovation and exactly what it is and when and where it
happens, Herb Kim, CEO of Codeworks, who will be talking about the
distribution and access to digital content and Debi Ashenden, who will
explain how to develop safe, resilient and secure digital services.

There will also be a number of workshops covering:

• Network futures
• Pervasive gaming
