Northumberland Firewood Fair

On Sunday the 16th of October RDI’s Northwoods Office will be running the first Northumberland Firewood Fair. What’s it all about? – it’s an opportunity to buy or to sell firewood at the beginning of the heating season. It takes the form of an auction. Lincolnshire have been running a firewood fair (funnily enough called the Lincolnshire Firewood Fair!) for a few years – and it’s gone from strength to strength, last year over 2000 people attended. We’re going to do the same for Northumberland.  There will be trade stands there, showing the latest stoves and firwood processing equipment.
