CTI Grant Funding Information Evening

RDI’s Northwoods Office is holding a free evening event to highlight grant opportunities available to the timber haulage sector.  The event will focus on support for Central Tyre Inflation (CTI) systems in the North East – with 40% grants currently available towards equipment and installation costs through the bioeNErgy scheme.

The evening will involve a few short presentations and the opportunity for a question and answer session, followed by a free buffet.  Currently representatives from ConFor (Timber Transport Office), UPM Tilhill and the Forestry Commission are to attend, alongside Kingstown Commercials, a certified installer of Tireboss CTI systems based near Carlisle.  There will also be a demonstration of a CTI equipped vehicle.

The venue is the Cheviot Hotel, High Street, Bellingham, Hexham, Northumberland NE48 2AU.  Time: 6pm for 6:30pm
